Returns
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of seeds and bulbs, we do not accept general returns. However, we will consider replacements or refunds if:

The product was damaged during shipping.
To qualify:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the item and outer packaging.

Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Germination Policy
If your seeds fail to germinate, we understand your disappointment.
We offer:

A one-time store credit for the value of the affected seeds.
To claim store credit:

Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order.

Provide details of the sowing method (date, soil type, watering, light, etc.) along with photographic proof.

This helps us improve seed quality and guide future care recommendations.
⚠️ Note: Germination depends on many external factors. We recommend following the sowing instructions provided with each product for best results.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or we’ll issue store credit or a replacement based on your preference and stock availability.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
